14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Bottles may be opened and partially used — we want you to actually try the product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nusuu is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return meets the above criteria, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Only one return/refund per customer/household per product is eligible under this guarantee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders where fraud or abuse of the guarantee is suspected

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at [support@nusuu.com] as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return/refund and place a new order.
