1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order or shipping total.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
  • Nusuu is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Nusuu is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

7. Damaged or Defective Items
